Emmy Barone is a 22-year old Boston based touring guitarist and solo artist.

Once she was introduced to Guitar Hero at the age of five, there was no turning back. She began documenting her journey online learning lead guitar at the age of 16 through her covers of iconic virtuostic guitar solos (even the ones ranked expert level on Guitar Hero). Since 2018, she’s built a loyal following with over 9 million views and 70,000+ followers across Instagram and YouTube for her guitar videos— earning support from artists such as Nita Strauss.

Emmy has toured across the U.S. with rock band Platinum Moon, and recently performed at So What?! Festival with alt-pop artist Sophie Powers. While lead guitar and rock solos are her signature, she’s experienced in a variety of genres including progressive metal, pop, funk and R&B - both on stage and in the studio.

 

During her time at Berklee College of Music, Emmy was featured in several of the school’s premier showcases, including the Michael Jackson Ensemble directed by Tia Fuller, Career Jam, Rock Guitar Night, and the 2025 Commencement Concert at Agganis Arena, honoring ​Andre 3000, Sara Bareilles, and Lady Gaga.
